I am the founder of My Mink Lashes and Training Academy, MML on Johnson and Lollipop iLashes (Vancouver Island Lash Supply Co). I started my business over four years ago in Barrie, Ontario, as a home base Lash business. I moved to Victoria, BC, in January 2018 to live my dream of opening a Lash Bar storefront on Fort Street in downtown Victoria BC. The Doors to My Mink Lashes & Training Academy, Victoria opened February 2018. Since that time, we have opened a Beauty Bar MML on Johnson and a Lash Supply store Vancouver Island Lash Supply Co, both located on Lower Johnson Street, Victoria BC. I am a Certified Educator through NALA (National Association Of Lash Artists) and a Certified Master Educator through Lash FX. I am a 2-time Nominated Lash Artist through NALA for 2019. One for Lash Educator of the Year and the second for Health and Safety. My training reflects the guidelines to which the NALA wants you to know and learn to be a Certified Lash Technician. I am a Nine-time Certified Lash Artist. With certifications in Classic, Volume, Russian Volume, Bordeaux Mega Volume, the flowering technique in Mega Volume, Kim Kardashian Effect, Wet Lashes Look, Messy Lashes, Colour Lashes/Ombre Lashes, Kim Kardashian Light, Foxy Lashes Effect, Eyeliner Effect, Shadow Effect and L&M Curl. I am Also Certified in Lash Lift and Lash Tinting, Brow Lamination, Hair Extensions, Coronavirus Safety, Infection Control and BeautySafe Training. I will continue to educate so I can pass on all my education to my Past and Present Lash students and Clients. Since Covid I have been educating students everyday as well as lashing clients. I love what I do every day and I know my students & clients feel my passion. I also share my passion with my staff when we lash together. They honestly are my family 🥰 I value every single client that comes into My Mink Lashes & Training Academy and MML on Johnson. I want everyone to feel welcome and leave feeling beautiful. I have a staff of Certified Lash Artists and a Certified Wax Tech who will treat you exactly the same as myself. We are definitely “Not your typical Lash Bar/Beauty Bar” and I am happy we are! Xo T
